Robert H. B. Cawood is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia, and is a highly regarded trial, business and appellate attorney who has been practicing law for over 25 years.

Mr. Cawood represents individuals and businesses in state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and in arbitration and has successfully litigated a wide variety of cases before judges, juries and appellate courts.

Mr. Cawood is rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, taught continuing legal education classes to other attorneys, taught at the University of Baltimore School of Law and serves on the Attorney Grievance Commission Peer Review Panel, the Appointed Attorney Program representing indigent criminal defendants, and the Anne Arundel County Bar Association Board of Trustees.

Mr. Cawood graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law, Syracuse University (undergraduate) and Gonzaga College High School.

Kristin D. Cawood is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland and is a highly regarded trial attorney and mediator who has been practicing law for over 20 years.

Ms. Cawood practices estate and trust law, elder law, and represents parents, grandparents, other third parties and children in contested matters involving separation, divorce, custody, visitation, child support, alimony, and family support.

Ms. Cawood serves as a facilitator for the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County and in the legal clinic of the Circuit Court for Queen Anne’s County. Ms. Cawood is also a licensed real estate broker. Ms. Cawood graduated fromthe University of Baltimore School of Law and the University of Baltimore.
